Best Hotpot Dipping Sauce

If you go to a hot pot restaurant, chances are, you will find many sauce options or a sauce bar where you can build your own sauce. When it comes to sauces for hot pot, there are limitless ways to combine the flavors and everyone has their own preferences.

Today, I want to share my favorite, secret dipping sauce of all time: Homeway dipping sauce! It’s my absolute go-to sauce whenever I have a hot pot dinner with my friends.

Ingredients

1. 1 tbsp. Green Onion

2. 1 tbsp. Garlic

3. 1/2 tbsp. Soy Sauce

4. 1 tbsp. Homeway Sauce

5. 1 tbsp. Sesame Paste

6. 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce

7. 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in one sauce bowl, adjust the spicy and salty level by adding more Homeway Sauce or Soy Sauce

2. Add 1 tbsp of Hotpot Soup if you like to make the dipping sauce a bit soupier
